Defining the Impact of Directory Accuracy on Health Plan Members

New results from an exclusive Atlas PRIME® study

First conducted in 2023, the Member Experience Monitor from Atlas PRIME® was created to track people’s interactions with health plan directories – and their effects on payer brand loyalty.

Based on an online survey of 1,000 Americans calibrated to the full US population, the study captures a snapshot of the member/provider connection.
