Consent Agreement for Complimentary Security Scans

Please read carefully before proceeding

1. Scope of Services
   

   You are requesting one or more of the following complimentary security assessments:

   • Vulnerability Scan
   • Web Application Scan
   • Attack Surface Management (ASM) Scan
2. Authorization and Responsibility
   

   You affirm that:

   • You are authorized to request security scans on behalf of Your Organization and the systems in question.
   • You have obtained any necessary internal approvals or consents required to authorize scanning of the specified assets.
   • You are the owner of, or have explicit permission to scan, the domains, IP addresses, and applications submitted.
3. Limitations and Impact
   

   You acknowledge that:

   • These scans are non-intrusive by default; however, vulnerability scans may, under certain configurations, trigger security alerts, consume bandwidth, or impact system performance.
   • It is Your responsibility to ensure any necessary precautions or notifications (e.g., change management, firewall rules) are in place prior to initiating scans.
4. Confidentiality and Data Handling
   
   
   • All findings, logs, and scan data will be handled confidentially and shared only with authorized representatives of Your Organization.
   • No data will be publicly disclosed without prior written consent from Your Organization.
5. Disclaimer and No Warranty
   
   
   • These services are provided "as-is" for informational and advisory purposes only.
   • No guarantees are made regarding the completeness, accuracy, or effectiveness of the findings.
   • Atlas Systems is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the scans.
6. Indemnification

   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas Systems of these services against any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from Your misuse or misrepresentation in connection with the scans.

7. Consent to Proceed
   
   
   • You have read, understood, and agreed to all terms above.
   • You consent to proceed with the selected scans on the specified assets.
   • For vulnerability scans, You acknowledge the potential operational impact and authorize Atlas Systems to proceed.
